Tim, licensed since 2020, is a top agent in Florida! Tim joined the real estate field after working most of his life in the construction industry. He started his career as the superintendent of a multifamily construction corporation in New England.  That led him to becoming a small business owner of his own construction business where he later owned and managed several multi-family rental properties. Tim has a keen sense of a home’s value and integrity.  He enjoys the fine details that make a house a home. Tim is married to Linda of Linda’s Team and has been around real estate for 35 plus years. With his vast knowledge and wealth of information, he wants to help everyone find their next dream home. In his spare time, he is an avid boater and muscle car in enthusiast. He enjoys revving up and burning out in his 1966 Chevelle or taking a ride on his Harley to unwind. Tim lives in Connecticut and Florida, where he helps to keep both farms running.  Family is very special to Tim, and he is the proud father of Brittany and Tim Jr. Brittany is also a realtor on Linda’s Team and sells real estate in Connecticut. Tim Jr. is an entrepreneur in finance and patents. His passion for snowboarding took him to Lake Tahoe and he is now living in San Diego, CA. They also have one grandson, Bryson, who is the love of their lives.
