Also from the kitchen there is a slider to the large Florida room with grand views of the water. The inside laundry room is a real plus as well. The Florida room has metal roll down shades for privacy if you like, but you may never want to shut that water view out! There is a ladder to the canal, just put your kayak in or you can go up the bay a few homes to the BAV boat launch. This is resort style living in Clearwater’s premiere 55+ waterfront community. There are endless activities to get to meet your neighbors – cards, a very active art group, golf groups, bowling, shuffleboard, dinners, dances or head to the pool and hot tub. Bring your boat, there's a community boat launch. Fishing is great too from one of the 2 fishing piers. A low $320. maintenance fee pays for water, sewer, trash pickup and lawn cutting.
