He began his professional path in Charlotte, NC, working as a Mortgage Consultant for two years before returning to Connecticut in 1999 to join his father, Peter Bonanno, in real estate. Together, they built a respected family business known for strong results and long-term client relationships. An experienced Realtor with a demonstrated history in the industry, Shane is skilled in new home sales, short sales, foreclosures, single-family homes, and condominiums, with strong capabilities in marketing, real estate transactions, banking, and contract negotiation.
